  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, damaged, or incomplete products.
  • Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.

  • Return the Product: Once you’ve received our instructions, send the product back to the specified address, ensuring it’s returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.

 

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the return shipping costs.

 

6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not support direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
