We are committed to providing reliable shipping services to customers worldwide. Currently, we offer delivery to most countries and regions, except for certain restricted areas.

 

Shipping Coverage

QIVIBE ships to most countries globally. However, due to international regulations, customs restrictions, or logistical limitations, we may be unable to deliver to certain locations, including but not limited to:

·        Sanctioned or high-risk regions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Cuba, Crimea, etc.)

·        Remote areas or countries with logistical restrictions (e.g., certain inland African nations, conflict zones, etc.)

If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible after order confirmation to discuss alternative solutions.

 

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

·        Orders over $100: Free shipping worldwide (excluding restricted areas).

·        Orders under $100: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows (subject to customs processing and local delivery conditions):

·        Major destinations (including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, etc.): 7-15 business days

·        Other regions (South America, the Middle East, Africa, etc.): 10-20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, local courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

We cover all customs duties and import taxes for your order, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery. If your country has special clearance requirements, our support team will contact you to ensure a smooth shipping process.

 

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its status in real time.

 

Important Notes

·        Address Accuracy: Please provide the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional fees.

·        Shipping Delays: Delivery may be delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, global disruptions). We will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

·        Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist you with a resolution.
