2. How Much Is Shipping?
- Orders of $89 or more: Enjoy free shipping worldwide.
- Orders below $89: A flat $6.99 shipping fee applies.
- Promotional Offers: We periodically offer sitewide free shipping or exclusive discounts! Follow our Instagram @qivibe_official or visit the Qivibe website for the latest promotions.
Important Note: All product prices include taxes and duties. You will not incur any additional import tariffs or taxes upon delivery.
3. How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(This excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical disruptions.)
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days (for order preparation, packing, and dispatch).
- Standard Shipping Time: 8–12 business days (for most countries/regions).
Special Regions:
- Orders shipped to South America and the Russian Federation may take over 1 month due to extended transit times and customs processing. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to contact us for updates.
